Birthday Sundaes Challenge #16

Good Sunday morning and Happy 4th of July. I hope everyone is enjoying this long, summer weekend. It's time for a new challenge at Birthday Sundaes. The challenge is Anything Goes Birthday. This is always a popular challenge. I love seeing all of the wonderful entries. Gives me so many ideas.

We have a sponsor this week. Stef from Glitterbabe Digis is offering a $10 gift certificate. I love her digis. Check them out.

The design team was given the option to choose one of the digis for our inspiration cards this week. I chose the Dahlia. I used one of my Copic markers to color it. I am getting some more of those this week. They are awesome. I used some Echo Park For the Record paper to create the card.

I really like this card. And everyone else did too. It's already gone. My son Pete took it to give to his grandmother. I am going to make a few more because Stew wants one for a couple of family birthdays he has this month.

Be sure to check out the wonderful cards my teammates created. So pretty. I can't wait to see what you come up with.

This is truly beautiful! :o) The coloring is what drew me to it and I am thrilled to read you only used one marker. I'm hoping to get some soon (finally!), but it will be an itty bitty set. Your work is gorgeous and I'm thrilled to be your newest follower. :o)

Hugs and blessings! :o)
