I have been taking time to scrap or plan the last couple of evenings. It's doing wonders helping me to relax and forget about work. I may make this a habit.
I completed my color copy challenge layout tonight for SnC. I struggled with this for a while, but I think I got it. I used a few of my photo boxes as color inspiration...
And here is the page I created. Of course it's of Willie. I also followed the 1, 2, 3, 4 challenge
at Scrapbook Challenges and used Sketch #97 at Creative Scrappers.
Thanks for looking.

Homemade Challenge
I worked on a page that I started yesterday. The embellishments at the bottom of the page I made with wire and beads. It was pretty fun. I really like working with beads. I think I may do it more. The layout is based on Sketch #99 at Creative Scrappers. I really love this sketch, and the layout as well. This page also qualifies for the homemade challenge at Snc.

Lovin' Outside
I have been taking so many photos of the new puppy. He really likes to be outside and makes me get him to bring him in. I did this layout based on a sketch by Julie Bonner for the Magpie Club Blog for April. I so love this sketch. I love the little banner in the upper left corner. This layout also qualifies for the banner challenge at SnC for this month.

Such a Cutie
Willie is such a cute puppy. I have found that I am taking a ton of photos of him. This is the 2nd layout of him I have done, and he's only been here for a week. I used this week's Sketchy Thursdays sketch for this page.
The 2 flowers on the page are raw chipboard. SnC has a challenge this month to use corrugated cardboard, burlap, kraft or raw chipboard. I'm glad that I was finally able to use some of the chipboard that I have.

I got an Imaginisce paper pack from QVC several years ago. I have used a few of the sheets of paper over the years, but I still have a lot left. I decided to create a layout using a sketch by Aphra Bolyer that was on the Imaginisce blog. All of the papers and the letters came from the Color-Pop! Pad.
This layout also qualifies for the Faceless challenge on SnC for April. The photos were taken as we were taking a walk on a warm day in December at the Rail Trail in Hurley.
