I am so enjoying working on Project Life layouts. This is the first year that I am giving it a real try. A few of my friends started working on PL last year. I was intrigued by their pages, but I really thought I would not like doing it and never be able to keep up. And what will I have to scrap in this fashion? Our kids are grown, and not around too much. And we work all the time. We don't go on vacations. And I'm horrible about documenting what's happening on a regular basis.
Well, I cannot keep up. I'm only on Week 7. And I don't really keep track of things I think I should. But I have not had any problem with journaling yet. As a matter of fact, I have had a ton of journaling on my spreads.
And my intention was to have a 2 page spread for each week. I really didn't think I would be able to accomplish that. I figured I would have to go to doing 1 page spreads. But then Week 7 happened. The week started out really slowly. Not much of anything noteworthy until about Thursday. I did end of finding a couple of things that impacted our world Monday. We had a couple of very large snowstorms in Week 7. We had my son's puppy for the day on the weekend. Oh, and it was Valentine's Day. We took the day off on Friday to be able to clean up from the storms. So I had a bunch of snow pics, and a bunch of dog pics. And on Friday I had the most awesome surprise. My boyfriend proposed to me.
Since I had so many photos, I decided I wanted to use some smaller PL pages in addition to the regular 12 x 12 PL pages. I ended up with 56 Photos on the Week 7 spread. It was such a fun layout to create.
This is my Page 1.....
Page 2 is one of the inserts. I used the insert for photos of all of the snow.
Page 3, the back side of the insert..
And my Page 4.
Here is a view of what the pages look like in the book. Page 1/2.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
